Request for Proposal - Artist Studios in Silver Lake

This request for proposal is for affordable artist lofts in Silver Lake.  The address is 4301-4303 Sunset Blvd., which currently houses the historic Bates Motel.  The entire site was painted white as an installation art piece despite the lot being vacant for years.  This proposal will add much needed affordable housing for young, up-and-coming artists while still maintaining the pure white aesthetic and "art" vibe that the installation created.
