Multi-Family Housing (Final Phase)

This is the final deliverable for the multi-family housing project.  Changes to design from phase 1 have been implemented, and a comprehensive design development package has been completed.  While the concept - developing sectional quality and maintaining a sense of privacy - remains, the details have been refined.  Structures and systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing) are integrated, the landscape concept is developed, a wall section reveals the construction method, and California building codes are met.
